With everything centered around: simplify, care and imagine.For our Merchant Solutions / Getnet division we are looking for a Finance Manager who shines as a global controller and provides leadership and guidance in a hands-on fashion. This finance talent will live and breathe the following responsibilities:Analyze and validate the monthly consolidationImplement monthly controlling cycle (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)Develop & implement company specific accounting policiesPerform & document ad hoc accounting analysis related to new products, partnerships and other specific transactionsSet-up, execute and manage periodic financial statement preparation processManage the Group's liquidity positions and search for optimizationEnhance and improve internal controls over financial reporting, including financial risk managementManage other periodic financial reporting (for example: asset, capital, cash, financial risks)Experience:12-15 years in similar roles and/or with Big 4 audit/accounting firms.IFRS accounting, consolidated financial statements, internal control over financial reporting.Consolidation tools.Financial statement preparation.Accounting analysis.Comfortable with managing multiple people at the same time in different jurisdictions and functions.English and Spanish required (minimum B2). Portuguese is a nice to have.
