Strategic Financial Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.Maintain and update the company's business plan in alignment with financial strategies and goals.Banking and Financial Institution Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.Negotiate and manage lines of credit, loans, and other financial instruments.Ensure compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements.Investment and Fundraising:
Lead efforts to identify, attract, and secure investment from venture capital, private equity, and other funding sources.Develop and present investment proposals, financial projections, and business cases to potential investors.Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and advisory teams.Financial Operations and Compliance:
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and audit functions.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.Implement robust internal controls and financial systems to safeguard company assets.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Recommend actions to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.Proactive, autonomous and with high initiative.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Proven track record of success in finance of minimum 5 years. Mostly with experience in SkyLab / Advisory / Investment & ScaleUp companies.
Bachelor's degree in Economics and/or Business Administration.
