Purpose of the position:The Chief Financial Officer's role is reporting to the Bodeboca CEO. The Finance Manager will lead the development of the finance team in its new divisions of accounting, FP&A; (i.E. Finance Planning & analysis) and commercial finance. Bodeboca is part of B2C Business Unit for PRHQ, based in Madrid (Spain).This is a highly autonomous role requiring good stakeholder management and engagement. Having a strong understanding of the business priorities and requirements is key to delivering an effective, robust strategy for reporting, analysis, and compliant accurate accounting.This position is part of the Leadership Team of the company.Main tasks and responsibilities:A)
Key Responsibilities- Lead the yearly strategic planning cycle and manage the allocation of resources and performance analysis for Finance and Administration department and Group stakeholders.- Provide to the General Management and Group all relevant financial information through pertinent statements.- Ownership of the annual budget, managing risks and opportunities. Optimize financial resources and ensure proper allocation of resources behind strategic company goals.- Monitor KPI's, Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Business Analytics, Revenue Growth Management and Forecasting.- Ensure Bodeboca company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.- Act in compliance with the requirements approved by the internal regulations both local and global, procedures, guidelines and policies of the Company.B) Ad hoc projects- Lead projects implementation based on upcoming needs, local and global.- Upgrade constantly his/her qualification for improving the quality of the work performed.- Develop the teams both technically and in soft skill development.
Ensure succession planning is in place.- Perform all working operations in full compliance with occupational health, work safety and fire safety requirements.- Comply with:- the Company's Standards of Business Integrity, be polite and self-restrained, avoid disrespectful attitude to other employees of the Company; - the Internal Code of Labor Conduct; - the current Provisions, Regulations and guidelines establishing the work performance procedure in the Company.Hierarchical management:This position has a hierarchical management of 4 employees.Main internal / external interactions on this position:- Who are the internal/external stakeholders (clients / suppliers) on this position?Management team reporting to Bodebodoca CEO. This role reports to Bodeboca CEO. Stakeholders are mainly internal (i.E. local and global), as well external (i.E.
partners consulting and law firms).- Describe the frequency and the nature of the exchanges (presentation, negotiation, influence, reporting etc.):Daily. This position holds a role in Bodeboca Leadership team. This later mean the degree of autonomy of the position is broad because the nature of the role is the management and director of Bodeboca Finance and Accounting team.Indicators of success:- How to measure the success of the person occupying the position?Biyearly evaluation (i.E. mid-year review and final year review).
