Substantial finance experience or a related analytical field.
Financial Modeling / Analytic capabilities leveraging Excel.
Experience with financial reporting systems such as Cognos.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
The Amazon Pay Finance Manager should have the ability to influence the decisions and long-term strategy of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication and collaboration, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. He must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically.

To lead and guide the business through this change, the Amazon Pay Finance team seeks a strategic finance business partner to help business leaders define and execute against the long-term roadmap. This person will strongly support business teams in strategic negotiations with partners thanks to accurate business modeling, will drive both short and long-term investment decisions, such as product innovation (Alternative Payment Methods) and launch (or not), strategic pricing, and resource allocation while also being the owner and guardian of the new business/programs P&Ls.
This is a global/WW role since this new business has been launched in the US, EU, and JP. This role will be office-based from either Madrid, Luxembourg, Munich, Milan, Paris, or London.
