Job Overview
As a Financer Manager, you will oversee daily finances within the whole group. This is a key position for the finance department, reporting to the Finance Director
As a hypergrowth company, you will be defining processes, you will scale up operations & the team and will help the company growth successfully.
Professionalize financial operations and treasury
Define & oversee financial reporting and analysis to provide strategic insights. Manage budgeting and financial planning.
Scale financial operations and define processes from scratch
Lead ERP Implementation and identify other relevant systems for the department
Track projects rentability & margins, defining the best reporting process for main stakeholders.
Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Due Diligences and Audits
Responsibilities

8+ years of experience – 3 years in a similar position
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a big four or similar
Proven experience in accounting & controlling
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Expert MS Office skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
ERP usage (SAP, Oracle… or similar)
Fluent in English
