Location: Vilassar de Dalt, B, ES, 08339 Req ID: 3574Job Summary:The Finance Manager Pedro Gil reports directly to the Finance Director Process Flow and Operations, and is responsible for leading all the financial activities of Pedro Gil. The Finance Manager Pedro Gil is accountable for the monthly and quarterly financial accounting, planning, reporting, analysis, controls, and annual statutory reporting for the legal entity.Responsibilities:Leads the Accounting team including payroll, cost analysis and reportingManagement of the external audit processPreparation of annual statutory financial statementsLead the annual budget (AOP) process and quarterly forecastingFinance business partner to the managing directorBalance sheet management and controls, including reconciliation of all balance sheet accountsManagement of ledgers within the accounting system - maintaining records of Spanish GAAP & US GAAPManaging payroll accountingEnsure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate finance policies and procedures, statutory requirements, and internal controls processes.Qualifications:Professionally qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years post qualified experienceThorough knowledge of Spanish and English & familiarity with US GAAPBachelor's degree in accounting or finance requiredMaster's degree preferredExperience managing external and internal auditsPeople leadership experienceKnowledge of payrollKnowledge of local system "GA Procedures" would be beneficialExcellent IT skills - advanced Excel, presentation skillsKey Competencies:Experience working for a large multinational matrix organizationStrong project management skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to translate business and strategic goals into action plansWork well and influence others in a matrix environment with accountability to cross-functional partnersStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationMust be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to cope with stress and maintain a professional and cooperative temperamentIngersoll Rand Inc.
