Our commitment to innovation and technical excellence is at the core of everything we do.As Finance Lead you're expected to oversee all finance-related tasks and processes from end to end.From day-to-day operations to supporting the company's goals through financing, optimization, and controlling.Responsibilities:Financial operations: Continuously organize and optimize all core processes (Invoices, reimbursements, customer billing tickets…) with your one-person team.Treasury: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and increase liquidity through external funds (loans, rounds…) while optimizing for ROI.Data: Process raw and unstructured data through standard tools (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerBI) to find specific finance-related insights.Strategy and controlling: Work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimum resource allocation, aligned with the company strategy, and the rest of the leadership team.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting, tax laws, and lead audits or due diligence.Team management: Lead your current team member to ensure growth, continuous coaching, and specialization while planning for scalability.Background:+3 years experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
