Excel, Access, PowerBI) when searching for specific finance-related insights.Strategy and controlling:Continuously work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure optimum resource allocation, aligned with the company strategy, and the rest of the leadership team.Compliance:Ensure we're complying with financial regulations, accounting, tax laws, and lead audits or due diligence.Team management:Lead your current team member to ensure growth, continuous coaching, and specialization while planning for scalability.Background:+3 years experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
