As Finance Lead, you're expected to oversee all finance-related tasks and processes from end to end. From day-to-day operations to supporting the company's goals through financing, optimization, and controlling. Financial operations: Be able to continuously organize and optimize all core processes (Invoices, reimbursements, customer billing tickets…) with your one-person team.Treasury: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and increase liquidity through external funds (loans, rounds…) while optimizing for ROI.Data: Feel comfortable processing raw and unstructured data through standard tools (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerBI) when searching for specific finance-related insights.Strategy and controlling: Continuously work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure optimum resource allocation, aligned with the company strategy, and the rest of the leadership team.Compliance: Ensure we're complying with financial regulations, accounting, tax laws, and lead audits or due diligence.Team management: Lead your current team member to ensure growth, continuous coaching, and specialization while planning for scalability.Background: +3 years experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
Finance Skills: Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
Comprehensive knowledge: Proficient in financial principles, practices, forecasting, analysis, Spain's and European regulations, and financial software tools, including ERP systems.
Leadership: Team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide.
Autonomous: Feel comfortable proactively proposing and implementing strategies and changes from end to end.
