Reporting to the Eventim Spain Managing Director, and dotted-line reporting to Eventim Headquarters: Manage and develop a team of 9 employees in charge of the following business functions: Accounting and tax management.
Financial controlling and cost management.
Treasury, cash and banks management.
Accounts payable and provider invoicing management.
B2C payments, and fraud management.
Local risk management.
Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Financial reporting for the Spanish Authorities and HQ based on IFRS Standards.
Contractual and administrative documentation management.
Business cases for local business development projects.
Financial and Business Intelligence processes automation and digitalization.
Manage all the processes of the Human Resources function, including: Payroll and other employee administration tasks.
Definition and maintenance of roles, job levels and job descriptions.
Recruiting, dismissals and employee on/offboarding process.
Employee follow-up and development, both individually and in group (e.G.
employee surveys).
Managing the relationship with the HR teams at Headquarters.
Manage the Legal function of the company with the external support of a law firm with multiple specialized departments, including: Legal advice in commercial, consumer and data protection.
Legal advice regarding Compliance.
Manage the Office administration function.
As part of the executive team, serve the General Manager as financial advisor on all the key decisions of the company, including promoter business cases, M&A and corporate partnerships opportunities.
WHAT WE EXPECT TO FIND IN YOU: A university degree in finance/ economics with finance focus.
At least 10 years of total professional experience with proven experience in managing a finance team as finance director, or in a similar leadership role.
Experience in managing HR and Legal functions appreciated, but not mandatory.
Experience in an international company and highly dynamic and demanding environment, preferably in the E-Commerce/ Digital or Ticketing business sector.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
