Finance & Hr Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for finance and human resources, capable of driving financial excellence within the Finance & HR function.

The ideal candidate for the Finance & HR Accountant position must have an analytical view, with a good finance mind and excellent management skills in Excel, to provide support to the Finance and HR department.

Responsibilities: Weekly/Monthly Follow-ups Contract and Invoice Processing Monthly Cost Analysis Budgeting and Forecasting Personnel Costs Management Finance / HR Control Executive Summary Payroll accounting Knowledge and management of Collective Bargaining Agreements Knowledge of Labour Relations Monitoring and managing timesheets Location: Desirable residence in the West Area of Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón, Las Rozas, Boadilla del Monte, Majadahonda, etc.).
