We continue to expand our Finance organization and are now looking for a Global Sales & Marketing Finance Director. This position reports into the VP Global Business controller and will be the finance business partner for the Global Sales & Marketing EVP, member of the executive management team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of budgets for the global sales and marketing departments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets and long-term strategic goals.
Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Identify new business opportunities and connect with other business areas to develop business cases for new products.
Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the executive team.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve financial outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement advanced financial tools and systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Act as a key financial advisor to the sales and marketing leadership teams.

We think that you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in sales or marketing environments.
Fluent in English, verbally and in writing; Spanish is meritorious.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

This position is preferably located in our Valencia (Spain) office but could be remote also.
