The Opportunity
Guarantor of PUIG Financial Analytical Models, Reporting and Business Analytical Data Management to support decision making and assure a common language across all Puig Businesses.
What you'll get to do
Strategic and Operational link with IT, Finance, Controlling and External Analytics to optimize Puig's Financial Data Management.
Analytical Model of the Business Units (BU): Definition, implementation and improvements.
Monitoring of the analytical model: analytical bookings, chart of accounts uses with the aim to assure common language.
Maintenance and supervision: allocations & analytical bookings.
Business Process Owner of financial and analytics data warehouse and financial systems (BPC tool, BW, SAP, Group Reporting, CFIN …) providing functional & technical support.
Assure and coordinate the proper BU reporting (Actual, Budget, …) into the corporate tools (BPC, BW/AFO, SAP) for the period end closings and Budgeting processes.
Work as one team with Finance Business Unit Area, to prepare reporting, analysis and collect new requirements of analysis to implement. Translate these requirements into initiatives to be developed with support of IT Teams.
Collaborate closely within IT department, Analytics and Finance Units Areas (Controlling + Accounting + Corporate) and external consultants in ad-hoc projects related to the analytical models and define metrics (KPIs) to measure the Business.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into analytical processes and guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance.
He / She has a minimum of 4 years' finance experience or reporting and analytics roles. Fluency in Spanish and English is compulsory.
Functional understanding of data, data issues and impact of invalid or incorrect data on reporting.
Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
Specific Knowledge required: SAP/ BPC / Consolidation Knowledge / Microsoft Office.
You must be able to act as a partner for finance and IT teams and have solid leadership to get things done and manage improvement projects.
