The resource, working within the Financial Reporting team, will play a key role in supporting the evolution of financial reporting in a challenging and stimulating environment. You will help bridge the gap between finance and BI. Our primary objective is to assist the business in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing reports as the primary and most reliable source of information. A team of 12 experts provides support to various departments, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people experience, for both short-term and long-term projects. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, we strive to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of how we can enhance the satisfaction of both doctors and patients. How would you be impacting our mission? Financial Reporting and Analysis :Track key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with organizational goals; Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools; Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances; Provide insights for long-term strategic decisions; Data Management and Integration :Ensure accurate and timely collection of financial data from systems like Oracle NetSuite; Integrate datafrom multiple sources for a unified financial view; Performance Measurement :Analyze profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas; Regulatory and Compliance Reporting :Support audits and regulatory documentation; Automation and Process Improvement :Automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency; Implement process improvements to reduce manual efforts and errors; Enhanced Reporting and Visualization :Utilize BI tools like Tableau for dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards; Enhance reportquality and accessibility beyond traditional spreadsheets. What will help you thrive? Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field. Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting (must have). Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge
