Scope & Responsibilities
We are currently focused on growing our team and setting the basics in order to scale our business. Your role will have a 360º scope within finance (controlling + FP&A) and you will directly report to our CFO.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the monthly business review process, understand deviations vs Plan and offer solutions to correct them.
Lead the business plan and implement recurrent updates of the forecast.
Create new processes to improve how we track our business: from customers performance to suppliers recurrent costs.
Properly track, together with our People department, the evolution of our cost structure.Work Be hands-on when it comes down to manage projects to ensure timely and successful implementations.

Experience & Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms or leading internet companies is a plus
Proven track of significant involvement planning phases
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with fast pace
Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
A problem solver with a proactive mindset
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Microsoft / Google suite (excel, ppt)
