Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to support company strategy and operations. Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making. Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial transactions and reporting. Develop and monitor budgets, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability. Coordinate internal and external audits, and implement recommendations for improvement. Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency. Manage financial risks through effective assessment and mitigation strategies. Required Skills and Expertise Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards. Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
