Role Introduction As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall financial processes across the Operation Area including financial planning, budgeting estimates, developing short/long term functions goals, supporting accounting practices, structuring payables, credit and control activities.
You will report to IBA FP&A Lead and functionally to OA Lead, being a valuable and important partner for the area organization and the functional partners.
Responsibilities Supervising and developing all finance activities of OA including subsidiary, in particular: Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting Business Advisory and analytics Actual reporting & analysis Asset Management Supporting the business to achieve the results Supporting transformation in the area Leads estimation and pricing committee Support Internal and external financial and tax audits (in the case of subsidiary) Providing guidance and advice related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions. Nurturing talent within the organization by providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goals. Qualifications Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master's degree is preferred. Possess minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations in a construction/engineering organization. Have solid experience in ERP systems. Have successfully managed people to a high level of engagement. Speak excellent English. Be able to develop communication strategies, resolve conflicts and manage divergent audience perspectives.
