The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, leveraging their analytical skills to drive business performance.Location: Vienna, Berlin, Madrid or MilanJoin our talented team and work in a hybrid format from our offices.Your Role in Our JourneyPrepare and present financial reports and analyses to business leaders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.Own optimisation potential to a specific part of our Profit and Loss statement.Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results.Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Ensure that budgets and forecasts are accurate, realistic, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and scenario analysis.Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Monitor and manage financial risks associated with business activities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Your impact:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools).Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.Life at GoStudent:Do you want to reimagine education together with us and join a mission to believe in?GoStudent is one of the world's leading tutoring providers and education platforms.
