Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Partner - Corporate Functions (M/F/d) works closely with senior stakeholders in Galderma's corporate leadership in Switzerland and EMEAC, controlling Corporate functions costs, including providing global visibility and tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Group functions cost control while acting as Finance Business PartnerProvide monthly analyses to budget owners and managementBudget tracking, identify risks and implement corrective actionsConsolidation of global departments and co-pilot of department headsManage forecasting reporting of business performance tools PBCS and focus on planning accuracyEnsure efficient month-end close and P2P process for Swiss legal entities (GSA/GHSA)Support corporate, business finance stakeholders through ad-hoc financial analysisEnhance processes improvements, efficiency and compliance on controllingContribute to various ad-hoc projectsSkills and QualificationsUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant degree, advanced business degree a plusMinimum 10 years working experience in an international environment in controlling/auditGood command of business English is mandatory, any additional languages will be considered a plusStrong knowledge of Excel, Hyperion / Smartview, Analytic softwarePrior background in Accounting and ControllingStrong organizational skills and the ability to interact in a Matrix organization with a global footprintFlexibility and ability to deal with various tasks in parallel, and work within project/transversal wayAbility to interact with different types of Stakeholders (External, Internal, Finance, Top Executives Managers)What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believes we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
