The Business Partner will use data as a strategic asset to provide decision support, accurate planning and forecasting, and operational productivity and efficiency analysis.Principal Accountabilities:Own and drive Project financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, ROIC).Work closely with the Project Manager in monthly financial reviews to ensure revenues, margins and cash are appropriately estimated for use in financial statement forecasting.Analyze financial results and identify and communicate deviations to plan and forecast. Make recommendations for potential solutions and improvements.Connect and work alongside other Functional and Operational business partners to achieve above outcomes.Provide trusted finance decision support, including regular and ad hoc analysis to key stakeholders.Actively collaborate with accounting, shared service, treasury and tax peers to ensure finance & accounting processes are executed.Support the business annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.Identify and highlight performance trends, high & low performing projects.Lead monthly project reviews in partnership with management team.Lead processes and initiatives to reduce primary working capital and maximize operating cash flow.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.Ideally 5 years of finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferably as a finance business partner.US GAAP experience.Experience working for multinational companies.Experience in operational finance.Knowledge of integrated ERP and BPC.Strong analytical skills.Strong computer skills in MS platforms.Good written and verbal communication skills.Req ID: R-11560Job Family Group: Finance & AccountingJob Family: FA Financial Planning & AnalysisEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
