We are looking for a junior professional with a degree in Finance and Accounting (or a similar field) who is eager to learn and grow within the Finance Department. This is your chance to join our Finance team as a Junior Finance Assistant. In this role, you will be an essential part of the day-to-day operations of the department, performing basic finance and accounting tasks. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Your responsibilities will include account reconciliation, preparing financial reports, and assisting in managing accounting records. You will live and breathe Plytix culture—just like we do, while you will put your hands on invoices and reports. You will also support our team with payments, incomes & expenses, monitorization, and reporting. In addition, you will provide support with the company's accounting and client documentation management. After 1 month: You will understand all of our processes in the finance team and spend a large portion of your time engaging with our finance team members. Our finance manager will take you under his wing to mentor and guide you through all the financial and administration tasks. This month (and the following three) will be fundamental for your role. After one month, you will clearly understand all the finance and accounting procedures and protocols. You will also start managing our finance tools autonomously. After 3 months: By now, you will be well-versed in all our processes. You will slowly start dipping your toes into doing some basic tasks yourself, without help, and taking responsibility for them. You will complement these basic tasks with more complex tasks related to taxes and financial fees. 6 months in: By now, you're confident about your abilities, and you're becoming a valuable member of the Finance team. You've established your own flow, and you're fully capable of covering almost all administrative tasks. Who will you be working with? You'll be working with teams in finance, customer success, operations, and sales. They are friendly and knowledgeable people from whom you can learn a lot. Have strong attention to detail. Have an advanced-level of English and Spanish. Be able to work independently and be a proactive problem-solver. Be curious and passionate about learning new technologies and adapting to new software. Have a basic knowledge of accounting. Nice to have: Some experience with Excel (Google Sheets). Some knowledge about international accounting standards. Disability certificate of 33% or higher.
