Responsibilities:Conduct physical count/checking of Open RO, and sending of pertinent ReportConducts Inter Branch ReconciliationUploads Financial Statements in the systemPrepares GP Analysis for Vehicle Sales and Aftersales and uploads in the systemWeekly and Monthly report for GP Analysis on New VehiclesFacilitates discussion of KPI/Financial Highlights to OperationsConducts surprise branch visitMonitors Accountable FormsAssists in the preparation of Fiscal Year End Working FolderAssists/Guides Operations on Financial ConcernsJOB SPECIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Accounting or equivalent.Required skill(s): general accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.Proficiency in Accounting software(s) & MS Excel.Job Type: Full-time
