Finance Assistant

We're looking for someone to take charge of our accounts payable processes and payroll data processing for our LATAM and SEU region.
The role entails the scrutiny and execution of accounts payable processes, comprising the recording and tracking of invoices received from suppliers, preparation of monthly payment schedules, review of expense reports, preparation of personnel cost information for LATAM and SEU, and calculation of intercompany surcharges in accordance with transfer pricing requirements.Results & ResponsibilitiesAccount PayableReceipt and processing of invoices from suppliers.Review of purchase orders and allocation of invoices to each PO within the NETSUITE system.Preparation of monthly payment proposals.Monitoring of expense reports and credit card expenditures.Preparation of monthly closing reconciliation files (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, etc.
