Finance Assistant Con Discapacidad

Fundación Adecco, as a social partner of an important company in the luxury sector, collaborates in the Inclusion Plan for PwD to the company.

We are currently looking for a curious and proactive controlling assistant (focusing on Travel). Your tasks will include:

Coordinate and communicate with store and head-office employees regarding travel and mission expenses.Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with the guidelines.Prepare KPIs on T&E expenses.Check that the T&E are in line with the guidelines (nature, amount, etc). ¿Qué estamos buscando?
