Finance Assistant Con Discapacidad

Fundación Adecco, as a social partner of an important company in the luxury sector, collaborates in the Inclusion Plan for PwD.
We are currently looking for a curious and proactive controlling assistant (focusing on Travel).
Your tasks will include: Coordinate and communicate with store and head-office employees regarding travel and mission expenses.
Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports in accordance with the guidelines.
Prepare KPIs on T&E expenses.
Check that the T&E are in line with the guidelines (nature, amount, etc).
Requirements: Affinity for numbers.
Ability to check if the expenses are as per the guidelines.
Accuracy.
Good communication skills.
English proficiency.
Persons with disabilities: A valid official Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% issued by the competent public body is required.
