Job SummaryJob Description : Finance and Operations Assistant duties will include:Process and maintain sales and purchase ledgers on Xero, ensuring accurate accounting records are maintained.Assist the finance manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis.Manage relationships with external parties such as banks, accountants, suppliers, and any other third party relevant to the firm.Deal with ad-hoc finance matters.Work with all departments to provide administrative support and assist them with achieving departmental goals.Handle supplier service agreements & client agreement administration.Job Requirements/QualificationsPersonal qualifications & Skills:Masters or bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.2 years' experience as a finance and operations assistant.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.Willingness to be a flexible, trustworthy, team player with thorough attention to detail.Fluent in English.
