A Finance, Casino, and Crypto website is looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant with strong computer skills and the ability to work independently.
You'll be a key member of the core team, helping to support the organization as it matures from startup into an industry leader.
This is an almost entirely remote position, though ideally you'll be available for meetings in the office a few days a month.

Job Responsibilities The primary tasks involve administration : including handling paperwork related to the finance, crypto, and casino sectors .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing documents for bookkeeping.
Paying and issuing invoices.
Scanning and organizing documents.
Communicating with partners via phone, messaging apps (e.g.
Skype and Telegram), and email.
Supporting both traditional banking and crypto-related transactions.
Note: Training will be provided on managing cryptocurrency-related bookkeeping if needed.
However, if you already know how to handle it, that's even better and will very much help your application.
Collaborating with external accounting consultants for bookkeeping and compiling relevant verification documents.
Additional administrative duties related to the business may arise, such as managing partnerships and similar tasks.
Requirements Full fluency in English both written and spoken – we have a multinational team, but all internal business communication is in English.
Working knowledge of Swedish would be beneficial but not a requirement.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, as there may be occasional communication with relevant financial authorities.
Ability to work independently, especially in a remote setup where most communication occurs via email, messaging apps, and phone.
Knowledge/experience with crypto transactions is a major plus since a large part of our business is conducted via this medium.
Demonstrable experience dealing with sensitive financial information and a reputation for trustworthiness.
Preferably, candidates should have their own company and be able to invoice us.
This is a key position within the business and involves handling large transactions of a sensitive nature.
Therefore, possession of references from previous bluechip employers would greatly benefit your application.
Work Arrangement You may work remotely, preferably from Marbella or nearby areas , with the goal of meeting at the office a few days per month.
Alternatively, full-time work is possible at a coworking space in Nueva Andalucia .
Standard office hours are expected most days of the week.
