Demonstrating high Learning Agility will be fundamental not only for success in this role but also for potential growth to other roles across Bacardi in the future.About the Role: Reporting into the Finance Manager for Iberia, this role focuses on providing administrative and analytical support and reporting for the cluster business unit and internally to the different stakeholders, driving a culture of value hunting across the business. The role will provide support with the obligations of the local authorities, such as the tax agency, city halls, Social Security, etc. Also, you will have responsibilities during the monthly close activities. You will provide ongoing support with accounting such as balance sheet accounts reconciliation, PO and Rebates management, and help with Internal and External Audit requests. You will support the Finance Manager Iberia on the controls & administrative activities related to Structure Costs and on the reporting activities to be delivered to the Region and Global Finance.Responsibilities:With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:Perform Manual Journal Entries for NSV and Structure CostsReview the local Government mailboxes (Tax Authorities and City Halls) and coordinate the requestsManage local taxes and litigationsSupport with follow-up for local team on advanced and urgent payment requestsComplete mandatory questionnaires from the National Institute of Statistics and other organizationsManagement of Transfer PriceManage Purchase Orders for Finance Department vendorsSupport the Finance Manager for Iberia on controls & compliance managementSupport the Finance Manager for Iberia on preparing reports for the Region and Global FinanceBalance Sheet Accounts ReconciliationSupport ongoing support to the Finance Manager for Iberia on the P&L controlSupport the Finance Manager for Iberia coordinating BES point of contact activitiesHelp develop a control & compliance mindset across the organizationAd hoc support for management reviews and presentationsSkills and Experience:The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy:2 years of Finance experience demonstrating technical and accounting skills.Strong analytical skills, able to take complex ideas and summarize into concise insights and recommendations.Proficiency in Spanish and English languages; Portuguese desirable.ITliterate, MS Excel knowledge.University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar, desirable
