We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Finance Administrator to cover maternity leave from November 2024 to February 2025.
This role is essential in maintaining and optimizing the operations that fuel our growth and innovation while providing vital financial and administrative support across our diverse projects and operations.
QualificationsNative/Bilingual English levelMinimum 3 years of experience in financial administration and office management within an events agency or a marketing agency.Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.Proficiency in financial software, Trello, Dropbox, Slack and Mac tools (Numbers, Pages, Keynote)Excellent communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & OH37 FinanceTrack project costs, internal and external.Validate outgoing payments.Collect invoices and expenses.Provide financial analysis on the R+D internal projects.Log team hours to support the company's financial reporting.OH37 EfficiencyCollaborate with management to create workflows, templates, and systems that enhance company performance and growth.Ensure the company's brand tone and image are upheld across all communications and maintain confidentiality of internal processes and partnerships.Efficient Administrative SupportOrganize calendar and documentation according to processes within the company.Manage the administrative accounts of the company's systems such as Trello, Dropbox, Gmail and Slack.Meeting ArrangementsOrganize finance and other key meetings using platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.Ensure smooth meeting coordination and provide accurate meeting notes afterwards.Travel BookingsHandle flight, hotel, and accommodation bookings efficiently using company systems and corporate accounts.Ensure all travel plans stay within budget and every expense is tracked.Financial Oversight & ReportingProvide oversight on financial processes, identify improvements, and report on efficiencies in fiscal operations.Prepare monthly financial reports.Prepare quarterly external financial report for clients.Why OH37Be a part of a creative and innovative team.Work in a role that values positivity, happiness, and creativity.Opportunity to manage exciting projects and make a significant impact.Producing work internally.International exposure.Beautiful office with common areas and terraces.Great work environment and a friendly team.Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
