What you'll do Record and post journal entries to accurately document business transactions.Organize and maintain accounting vouchers in an orderly and accessible filing system.Review and book vendor invoices in Business Central and Precoro.Reconcile bank statements and prepare corresponding journal entries.Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies.Support the month-end close process by completing assigned tasks within established deadlines.Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to financial operations.Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.What you'll bring At least 3 months of experience in a similar position.Bachelor's Degree in Business.Proficient in Excel, including expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, handling large datasets, and resolving formatting issues.Experience in Microsoft Dynamic Nav / Business Central is a plus.Proactive, optimistic & fun to work with.English is a must. We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.
