Field Technician (Agriculture)

Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans.Organize trial programs for customers/farmers to determine the best method of improving crop production.Implement the field trials and commercial demos of Foliar Fertilizers products on target crops (Rice, Corn, and Vegetable).Gather trial data, photos, and testimonies of farmer cooperators.Assist in the conduct of technical competency training in his territories.Support business growth through the expansion of product portfolio.Support business development activities and assist in addressing technical concerns.Submit monthly reports and maintain an up-to-date database monitoring of Demo Farms.Develop and implement agronomic plans to support customers and maintain maximum production.Qualifications and Education RequirementsPreferably a degree holder in Agriculture Major in Crop Science or any related field.With or without experience in the agricultural field.Can drive a motorcycle and has a driver's license.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of agri-food chain processes.Organization and planning capabilities.People management skills.Knowledge of/ability to use laboratory testing equipment (for chemical, physical, and biological tests).Communication skills.*with a competitive commission based on sales performance.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Additional leave.Company events.Flexible schedule.Flextime.Health insurance.Opportunities for promotion.Promotion to permanent employee.Transportation service provided.Schedule:Day shift.Supplemental Pay:13th-month salary.Commission pay.Overtime pay.Application Question:Do you have a driver's license?#J-18808-Ljbffr
