The Field Technical Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
This position is part of the Customer Care function located in Galicia and will be remote.
You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers.Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.The essential requirements of the job include: Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, or electrical engineering.Driving license and willingness to travel.Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!
