The Field Technical Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.This position is part of the Customer Care function located in Galicia and will be remote.You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams.Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our companyComplete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.The essential requirements of the job include:Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineeringDriving license and Willingness to travel.Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
