Position Overview:
The Field Technical Support (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Almeria.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part of our culture to develop and grow our teams.Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company.Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment. Essential Requirements: Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing one.Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written.Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.Availability to move to Almeria. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
