Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.Position OverviewThe Field Technical Support (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.
You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Almeria.

This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part of our culture to develop and grow our teams.Be supported by a strong leadership team involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company.Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.Essential RequirementsThe essential requirements of the job include:Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing one.Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written.Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.Availability to move to Almeria.Preferred QualificationsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!
