You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Almeria.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team, supported by a clear Development Pathway program.Be involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements.Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.The essential requirements of the job include:Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering.2-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing one.Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).Valid driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time.Availability to move to Almeria.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment.IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.You may not check every requirement, or your experience may look a little different from what we outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Beckman Coulter, we encourage you to apply!At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
