Your role @CHANEL: Your role at CHANEL contributes to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division. Attached to the Commercial Department and reporting to the Area Manager, the general mission of the GPV is to ensure good relations with the clients and to implement the Brand's strategy determined by CHANEL Paris in the shops. The Supervisor shall frequently visit the shops, be the brand's referent for the beauty consultants as well as control the application of the brand image in the shops.
What impact you can create at CHANEL Client's relationship in the zone: Be the principal interlocutor between the Wholesale points of sale and Spanish management, ensuring good communication with them to guarantee partnership and performance of the brand.Present novelties each quarter.Deal with the problems of the stores, and be able to propose, with validation of Area Manager, solutions in short / middle term.Collect feedback about business / Brand from stores and frequently inform headquarters.Make sure that makeup artists and beauty advisors assigned stores follow brand guidelines and deliver quality service.Points of sales follow-up: Ensure product displays, visual merchandising, and promotional materials are correctly executed at stores.Visit stores regularly to check that displays meet standards, new products are well-presented, stock levels are managed, and testers are properly used.Ensure that store staff know about CHANEL products and encourage continuous training.Ensure good relationship with the shops managers and the shop Beauty Advisors (collect their needs/problems, and propose solution with validation of Area Manager)Follow up the receipt of the novelties in the points of salesCheck Chanel Merchandising / Visuals in shops: linear / make up furniture (follow recommendations of Marketing) and check the maintenance of the furniture.Collect and send to Commercial and Marketing Spanish headquarters the needs of changes for furniture / PLV (broken facades…).Reporting and Communication: Fill in and follow up the shop visit reports (information on the business, on the competition, take pictures…) to share with Area ManagerPropose to clients, with validation of Area Manager corrective actions if needed.Send regular field feedback to Area Manager with proposition of changes if needed.The Field Supervisor will visit the points of sales extensively and according to her/his planning duly validated by the management. The supervisor will attend the Commercial Meetings and Spanish Conventions.
