Job Title Field Services Engineer - Valladolid Job Description As a Field Service Engineer in Central Area, Valladolid, you will be providing best-in-class customer service using your strong technical skills! As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
Your role:
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders, and installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be working as a team member of the Service delivery team in Valladolid, reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment, preferably with demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills in one of our modalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English .
Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily - required.
Driving license and willingness to travel.
