Requirements We're currently searching for a Field Service Technician, with main functions including:
Customer Service: Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwideProviding the field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and trainingsExecute the emergency site interventionsMaking repairs at site or at Sécheron's facilitiesExecute the audits and maintenance jobsElaboration of technical reportsSupport to Sales and Contract execution: Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site accessMake repairing quotationsBeing attentive to identify new business opportunities: sale of spare-parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization's, retrofits, training's and maintenance contractsLogistics and stock: Support on the management of stock of spare parts and tools.Willing to travel up to 80% of the timeMinimum Qualifications: Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Technician (or Engineering) or relatedElectrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipmentExperience on installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ideally with experience on maintenance and on DC traction substationsEnglish and French fluent. Any other languages are a plusWilling to travel up to 80% of the timeWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and management levels is encouraged.
