You are responsible for: Identifying stakeholders in other departments, outside radiology, to establish a cooperative interaction.
Interactions with different hospital departments to understand workflows and help in order to fit the customer needs.
Delivering remote and on-site support of the customer, on-site coverage & technical assistance.
Providing vital link in the escalation process to Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership.
Updating technical documentation concerning sites.
Setting the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/paperwork/reports.
Actively adhering to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines.
You are a part of: Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) Incident Support team which provides post-installation remote and on-site technical support to Customers using HCIS solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Experience with PACS products desirable.
Technical background, University degree will be valued.
Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix.
Experience of working remotely supporting Software.
Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English.
Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work remotely one week 24h x 7 days every 2 months supporting remotely.
