The Service Technician is generally responsible for providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. This includes managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks, diagnosing errors or technical problems, and determining proper solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks
Install, test, and provide instructions to the client on the proper use of the machinery
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on assigned types of equipment while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
Test equipment repairs and communicate issues to the service manager and service coordinator; conduct additional repair work as advised by managers or advisors
Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, and repairs are thorough and of the highest quality
Maintain a working knowledge of a diverse number of motor vehicles and enhance that knowledge with new vehicle models and industry standards, practices, and technologies
Replace parts and components and keep detailed, organized service reports of all repair work done on each equipment
Communicate with service managers about parts ordered, parts required, and the timeliness of order completion
Follow all company field procedures and protocols
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
