Apply immediately!As a Field Service Technician, you will be a skilled and customer-focused professional providing on-site and remote support to our parking product clients, primarily within Spain, with some less frequent travel across Europe. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong technical background. This role is based in Málaga, Spain, with the majority of travel confined to Spain and occasional trips to other European countries. We are always striving to develop user-friendly and innovative solutions for the market that are easy to install, with a focus on creative, flexible, and open architecture integration.What are you going to do as Field Service Technician?On-site and Remote Support:Provide first-level and second-level remote technical support to clients using our parking products across Europe, LATAM, and MENA, via phone, email, chat, and in-person.Travel to client locations within Spain to deliver hands-on technical support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of parking systems.Occasionally travel to other European countries for client support as needed.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, leveraging your CCNA-level knowledge to address complex problems.Client Interaction:Guide clients through technical solutions, ensuring clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English.Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of our parking products.Conduct site assessments within Spain as needed to identify potential issues and recommend improvements or upgrades to clients.Technical Expertise:Maintain an in-depth understanding of our parking products and related technologies, staying current with updates and industry trends.Assist in testing and validating new product features, software updates, and hardware integrations, both remotely and on-site.Communication:Clearly and concisely communicate technical information in both Spanish and English, tailored to the client's level of technical understanding.Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all client interactions, whether remote or in-person.Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client experiences and insights gathered during site visits
