We do this today to build a better tomorrow.Your Key Responsibilities:Excellence in Operability: Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance. Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.Client Communication & Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients. Keep them informed about reagent updates and quality controls, and implement new protocols to enhance their experience.Activity Reporting: Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required. Adhere to the quality reporting standards defined by Roche.Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.You must comply with the legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations in terms of Safety, Health, and Environment, especially those procedures related to waste segregation, application of preventive measures, and the use of work equipment and protection equipment. Furthermore, you must know and act in full compliance with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct, and the applicable Ethical Codes.Information Security Responsibilities:Know and comply with established quality and information security standards and, in any case, act according to received instructions.Comply with and enforce applicable procedures.Ensure the preservation of information security.Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities carried out.Who You Are:High Education Training or Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.Fluent level of Spanish.Geographic mobility within the national territory - This position is a field role position and the candidate should be based in Barcelona's area.Also you have these skills:Leadership and communication.Teamwork.In-depth knowledge of Roche's product and/or service portfolio.Stakeholder management and organizational knowledge.Customer orientation
