We are looking for a dynamic Field Services Specialist to strengthen our Field Services team. The role is based in Zaragoza, Spain and your geographical scope will cover Spain.
In this position, you are expected to:
Produce quotations according to customer requests and needs concerning field service activities.Provide technical support in sales phase of the projects.Carry the overall technical and financial responsibility of the service by leading efficiently and effectively the nominated project organization.Plan and coordinate all the activities during service execution, such as engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning.Provide assistance for the installation and commissioning of any service, equipment or components.Coordinate pre-site and on-site, foremen, subcontractors, safety expert and the customer.Keep accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and engineering and fabrication errors.Report back on the completed services outlining the activities carried out, faults found during service and any future recommendations for improving the service offering.Lead customer communication about all service aspects.Always act with safety in mind, follow Valmet and customer HSE procedures, protect self and others.Requirements:
M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering field or at least 3 years' experience in Project management.Experience in similar position (at least 3 years in paper/fiber services).Be a strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Spanish but also in English.We place great value on your personal qualities, characterized by a combination of autonomy with a great sense of proactivity and initiative. You are a team player, a fluent negotiator, strong problem solver, a quick establisher of credibility and you can manage your time effectively.You develop relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally.The role requires willingness to travel across Spain and abroad.We offer:
