Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray's success, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated, innovative and confident Ventilation & Anaesthesia Field Service Engineer to join our ultra-ambitious team as we continue to disrupt the market!
As an emotionally intelligent professional with a background of understanding and responding to customers' needs on site, you will use this role to join our growing business in this position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key service relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement.
Your responsibilities: Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday bearing in mind that customers must be contacted within 24 hrs of their initial call.Take responsibility for the effective management of your designated service area including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals.Completing all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support and to promote service contracts.Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and liaising with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure they are calibrated.Maintenance of spare parts inventory, company vehicle and other company equipment and supplies.Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment.Responsible for tracking and maintaining both parts and loaner inventories allocated to them.Other tasks or responsibilities designated by the Service Supervisor/Manager.What are we looking for in you? Field based service experience within Ventilation & Anaesthesia capital equipment is essential.Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products.Evidence of IT Connectivity and Networks.An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships.Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.Fluent in Spanish and English.Ability to work in Spain without the requirement of company sponsorship.Flexible to travel as required.Drive and appetite to work as part of a highly ambitious and successful team to make Mindray Number 1!What's in it for you?
