In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better As a Field Service Engineer in the Central Area with a base in Madrid, you will use your strong technical skills to provide best-in-class customer service.
As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
You are responsible for: Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites. Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations. Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with appropriate communication and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate. Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements. You are a part of: The Customer Service Delivery team for Spain.
You will be reporting directly to the Area Customer Service Manager.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following: University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Technology. Demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills with medical equipment is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English. Driving license to be able to travel to customer's sites.
