Role Summary: As a Field Support Engineer, you will handle the setup, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex heating, cooling, and multi-utility metering systems across residential and communal properties. Youll work in active properties and communal spaces, delivering an exceptional level of service and support. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Deploy and configure payment systems, heating and cooling controls, and metering devices. Routine & Responsive Maintenance: Conduct planned maintenance and on-call repairs for systems like Heat Interface Units (HIUs), ventilation systems, and associated infrastructure. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinating with on-site teams and contractors. Customer-Focused Support: Provide responsive support and system knowledge to end-users, ensuring effective usage and satisfaction. Record Keeping & Reporting: Use digital tools to document work, manage records, and prepare service reports.
