If you want to keep on developing in the Field Service area, this position will help you to achieve your goal.The main focus of this role is the Installation & customer training, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair as well as Instrument Qualification of products within the territory listed above.A day in the Life:- Perform installation, maintenance, remote and on-site troubleshooting, and repair on GC, GCMS, LC, IC and LSMS products and help to improve instrument uptime.- Show instrument specifications to our customers and teach them on instrument use and maintenance.- Collaborate with colleagues in our customer care center to efficiently schedule your service visits to meet and exceed customer expectations.- Detailed preparation and documentation of maintenance and qualification activities to meet regulatory requirements.- Help with the development of the service organization, e.g. user documentation.- Support the service sales colleagues by promoting our instrument and enterprise product portfolio.- Training and mentoring of colleagues, sharing your broad experience with the product line Chrom & LSMS.Education & Experience- Professional training or University degree (bachelor/master/diploma) in Science or mechanical/electronic/medical engineering, or equivalent.- Professional experience in servicing GCMS & LSMS instruments.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Wide knowledge of customer apps related to GCMS & LSMS instruments.- Self-organized and efficient way of working.- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.- Strong understanding of electronics and mechanics.- Collaborative nature and positive appearance.- Strong customer service focus.- Very good knowledge of local language and English and good communicator.- Ability to travel within the designated area in the territory of the country and occasionally within the EMEA region.- Valid driving license (Class B).We are offering an employment with an innovative and growing organization with outstanding career and development prospects and an exciting company culture which stands for integrity, intensity and innovation.
