Job Title Field Service Engineer Job Description As a Field Service Engineer in the Northwest region, you will be providing best-in-class customer service by utilizing your strong technical skills.
As part of the Service Engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach to change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
Your role: Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as needed.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.
You will be working as a team member of the Service Delivery team in the Northwest region and reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if: University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment, preferably with demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills in one of our modalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English .
Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily.
Driving license and willingness to travel across the Northwest region.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
