As a Field Service Engineer in the Northwest region, by using your strong technical skills, you will be providing the best-in-class customer service! As part of the Service Engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.
Your role:
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders/installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Working as a team member of the Service Delivery team in the Northwest region and reporting to the Area Service Delivery Manager.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high-technology equipment. Preferably demonstrated repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English .
Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily - required.
Driving license and willingness to travel across the Northwest region.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
